In-App Help & Tickets

Inside the NexHawk app, open Help & Supportto browse common questions and open a support ticket. Tickets are tracked in the app’s Ticket Hub, and replies come back both in the app and by email.

Manage Your Account

• Delete your account & data — submit a request through our account deletion form.
• Privacy questions — see our Privacy Policy or email us directly.
• Subscriptions & billing — manage your plan from the app, or email us for help.
